I was given cold chicken and fries with hard toast very quickly through the drive thru. I was the only one in line and would have rather waited on hot, fresh food.
The Petal Zaxby's was excellent. The food was delicious and hot, and the service was also excellent. They were very accommodating to those in our party who couldn't have breaded chicken and offered a grilled filet cut into "strips." Thank you so much!
This was our first time, but I really liked it. My husband didn't like a lot of the sauces they give you but that's your preference. Anyway, everyone was very friendly, the dining area was very clean and the staff was very efficient. I would definitely go again.
I had the boneless buffalo wings which tasted as though they had been sitting out for some time, just trashed them.
The food is always delicious! And the service is great!!
