Even on busy days we are always quickly checked in, diagnosed & on the way to the pharmacy within an hour and a half. The staff are always friendly & attentive. The lobby is also stocked with magazines, helpful information & resources flyers, children's books, t.v. & even an activity table. So if we were to have a longer wait time, I don't have to worry that my child will complain of boredom on top of her already being sick! Great "plan b" option for those unexpected colds that always seem to come up when my daughter's regular pediatrician is all booked & located approx. 30 miles further! Definitely recommended by this Mom! :-)
I love this place. Katt is great! My son was running fever. We were in and out 20 minutes without any unnecessary tests but a full understanding of what was going on with my son. Will go there instead of other local immediate cares.
They are super fast and always knows what is wrong. This is an amazing team!
Took my toddler today (Tuesday) at 3:45pm. There was only a few cars in the parking lot and 1 person in the waiting room and then me. I was thinking yes.. Hahaha.. No! We waited and waited and waited. Patients were coming from the back out of nowhere. Finally by 5pm we got to the back. The secretary /nurse.. Took my sons temp and pulse thing and said we're next. I hear the NP aka doc next door ending with a patient. So once again I'm thinking, yes I'm next.. Nope. I hear the doc go to 2 different rooms before I ended up leaving. I recommend not going here. Save your time and self medicate safely or go to the ER.
