I have never had a broker lie to me so much in my life. I've never had a broker like Billy King try to force me to sign documents that were not in my favor. I would NOT recommend King and King Real Estate agency to anyone - better off to have someone who will work for you and not against you! Use another agency if you don't want to get the run around and lied to repeatedly.
