Mr. Creel put in a new septic system a while back for me. He arrived on time and charged me exactly the amount he said it would be. Mr. Creel and his employees were quick and professional.
I initially called to get a quote, and they were the lowest priced. I setup 2 different times for them to come because of my hectic schedule. They came out and vacuumed my tanks in a very expedient manner. They were very professional and courteous.
don't know what they are talking about,i have built my reputation on being honest and telling people what they are getting.if they have a field line that is not working it is due to soil condition.i cannot gauranty the ground or the way the yard looks after we are finished because of wet condition.it is like buying a used tire and getting a few miles down the road and it blowing out.I sell septic tanks and field lines installed not new property.God bless this individual that does not understand this.
I hired T&M to come replace the crap that Elks installed and would not service or fix. I give Tyrone 10 stars.
Hired this company to install a new septic tank line. Austin Creel came out and placed the septic tank right in my yard. He dug up most of my side yard and installed "the best new pipe" made. He left the mess and suggested I hire a family member to fix the yard he dug up. Every time it rains the commode will not flush out. Usually you can plunge it and it works, Not this time. I called him and told him of the problem. He said it was my soil and that he had told me that before he installed it. He did no such thing! This was $1765.50 worth of CRAP. The line worked before and was only draining in the wrong spot. Creel says I can pay someone else to come and pump out my tank or hire the handy man to dig up the line and open it to drain. I've filed a complaint with the BBB. Austin Creel clearly does not stand behind his work.
T&M does excellent work. Tyrone installs really good systems that have bigger and better pumps and they have bigger discharge sprinkler lines and his system cost hundreds less than Elks Septic Service.
