They do, however, now have a small monitor that shows you the progress and ETA of current orders. This is, if course, absolutely useless as it only show your name is you ordered by phone - in which case you're not there to see it - and if you order up front, your name is "Counter Service" - which is equally as useless when there are multiple orders on the list and you don't know which one is yours.
They have gone downhill since they removed their buffet option in Petal. Their new location offers thinner pizza about a quarter thickness than their old location - I've seen paper thicker. They have gone from a wonderful recommendation of a family buffet to a back-side shared building with a waiting/ordering area smaller than Domino's.
Edit: Have pizza hut another chance. Specifically asked "do not make it thin". Came out just as thin. The website is so broken, I couldn't even use it.

If you ask me, the trade of their old buffet for their new location/monitor was NOT worth it.

I was very impressed with the speed of service I received on a Saturday afternoon. I ordered 10 different types of pizzas over the phone and they were all ready in 20 minutes as promised. Thank you. The only reason I didn't give 5* rating is because the app was terrible and I wasn't able to receive my pizza points. New location is very clean.
