Just finished my boot camp, and I started my first day as a "regular" member today! Everything about his box as well as the trainers are excellent. Every trainer I came in contact with actually took his/her time to explain the moves to me and other newcomers so that we can make sure we have correct form while lifting. You cannot ask for a better staff of trainers!
I have been working out here for almost 3 years. Great group of people and the crossfit model keeps things interesting and helps keep me motivated.
