Polite people but horrible service. I went to the drive thru and we waited 5 minutes before they talked to us they the speaker. Slow service!!!
The most DISGUSTING place I have ever eaten at. I moved to Petal 4 months ago and have given this location a try about 4x and its worst each time I go. The fries are ALWAYS stale. The patties are NEVER fully cooked. I have to drive 15 minutes away to the McDonald’s in Hattiesburg just to get a decent meal. There is no reason that I should have to go to Hattiesburg’s location when I live only about 3 miles from this location. This location needs better cooks. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. I’m quite embarrassed honestly.
My experience was not good at all. I ordered my food and they had me waiting 7 to 10 minutes after I waited 3 or 4 the window. Then my order was wrong and most of the food was a few degrees less than the room temperature. I was missing food from my order. I went in to see what was going on with the workers and what seemed to be a manager was handling the fries with her bare hands. The front employees had no hair nets or gloves. The conditions were absolutely unsanitary. How this location is open for business is appalling! This restaurant should be boarded up and condemned!
Just wondering what the point if these reviews are? Sure they may be helpful but in all honesty if u hungry and this is the nearest place around or ONLY place open chances are you're going to eat there whether u admit it or not so it all seems pretty pointless to me and in my opinion NONE of the fast-food restaraunts in Petal or Hattiesburg are worth eating at, IVE received fries that literally were WET AND SOGGY WITH GREASE and NUMEROUS order mix ups and we have NEVER gotten everything we ordered and paid for always had to go back and the manager and workers acted like they jus didn't care at the McDonald's in Hattiesburg by Burger King! The service and food I've gotten from Petal McDonald's has never been bad and the service and workers were polite and ACTUALLY ACTED LIKE TGEY CARD ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AND NOT JUST THERE FOR THE MONEY!
I suggest you allow people to purchase what they want, where they want without spying on them! Since you want a rating, I do not appreciate this survey! It clearly demonstrates you are following my activites and regardless of your reasons my choices are none of your business!
